Opportunities I Found:

• Working with over 200 students gave me a deep understanding of diverse learning styles and personalities.

• Teaching Blender let me refine a technical skill and build communication at the same time.

• Fixing computers gave me real-world troubleshooting experience under pressure.

• Mentoring students made me realize how impactful a calm, approachable role model can be.

Training & Leadership:
I was often the go-to person when students had questions or needed help — especially in the tech room. Whether it was guiding someone through Blender or helping manage classroom behavior, I felt like a leader. That leadership didn’t come from shouting or showing off — it came from consistency, calmness, and care.

What I’ve Learned About Employers:
They expect more than just skill — they want initiative, dependability, and positivity. Being accountable meant showing up early, going the extra mile, and leaving things better than I found them.
